  Brilliant restaurant with only 1 flaw. The food is outstanding, I had the beef with peppercorn sauce and it was possibly the best ive ever had. Beautiful setting and outstanding views, really was an A+ restaurant with only one problem. I think we went on a bad day (the 16th of Feb) because one of the members of staff was rude to my wife who is pregnant and asked for an alternative on her plate, shocking comments under this breath which I can only put down to being young and the poor lad probably wanting to go home and or having a bad day, seemed totally uninterested in being there (think we saw him on the ferry later and seemed just as miserable then). Other than that it was fantastic and I would recommend it and will be going back. 5* restaurant with an unfortunate 1* staff member on the day.
  
  Follow on - Thank you for your generic "have you got the right restaurant response". I sure hope so! I believe I didn't mention that the young chap in question served me or my wife, indeed I don't know what he does there, washer, coat collector, owner, manager of the universe? I have no idea, but I know my wife is not a liar and I'm starting to suspect you might of trained this lad in customer care personally. Actually friends of ours went on the 20th (on my recommendation I may add) and apparently noticed this lad themselves? Are you sure you have the right restaurant yourself? Are we all imagining this young man? Anyways thank you for making me feel very welcome again and goodluck with everything in the future. p.s. edited my star rating.
